or how we showed the production of juice to the children

PEPSICO INFORM
Right before the International Day of Juice on 20th of September, we were visited by children from a rehabilitation center 'Gavan' at 'PepsiCo' factory in Vladivostok.
Juice is one of children's most favourite drinks. As we have seen, the kids are not just interested in tasting different flavours of juice, but also are keen to learn of its production.

We invited children with special needs from the rehabilitation
Before the tour, we all attended a safety briefing. Each working area, included in the tour, was equipped with extra safety measures, such as fencing and watchful guards.

Children saw the storage of raw materials, observed each step in quality control department, as well as production and juice bottling.

At last, of course, there was much juice tasting and presents — it is a holiday, after all!
center 'Gavan' to come to our 'PepsiCo' factory in Vladivostok.

With our young guests, a lot of people visited our factory: attendants from the center, doctors, sign language translators, volunteers and spokesmen from the City Administration. They were all met with welcome by the factory director, Oksana Savina. At the beginning of the meeting, she told the history of the factory and then answered our guests' questions.

The employees of PepsiCo factory told us about each step in juice production and explained how the equipment at the factory works.

PepsiCo Company enters collaboration with charity funds and other organisations every year; participates in other big social projects. It is not just complicity and supporting of these projects that we seek, but we also want to show our own initiative.
'Apart from making high quality tasty products for children, we want to implement our social responsibility by helping those who need it. It is our hope that socially oriented events and projects such as this will help children with special development needs to achieve happiness just as they deserve' — Margarita Molodykh, marketing director in child nutrition category,
